Very professional

Personable service and efficient.

This was a service for my daughters car and she left her personal number to have the service department call her when her car was done being serviced. Nobody called the number she left , she finally had to call the dealership to see if it was done. This is not a complaint, more of an awareness thing. Also when she called to get the appointment she said she needed a 10,000 mile service and they asked her what she wanted, isnt there a set 10,000 mile service standard?

Fast friendly

Everyone was extremely friendly and Tammy got the problem with our car fob fixed. It was a strange issue that no one had seen before, but she fixed it.

Got in on time and out on time. They did a good job very respectful.

Friendly and welcoming. Little slow on the oil change. Used to get back the vehicle in less than an hour. Now taking 1 1/2 to 2 hours. But will still continue to have vehicles serviced there.

The oil change was fast an I was given information as to the next service need on my car. The staff is always courteous.

Tammy and everyone in the Service Dept took great care of me, as usual. They got things fixed fast and for a fair price. They used their expertise to source parts for my 14yo truck that were not right on hand.

Your dealership sucks

The staff was efficient with check in, but there was no one available to shuttle me back to work. Then, when I came back to pick up the car, I discovered they had not marked which wheel was on each position on the car for the snowtire swap. That will make it more difficult to rotate the tires and they will have to measure the tred depth to put them back on properly. I was informed a new tech had done the swap and forgot to mark the tires. They did apologize, but no compensation for the error was given and it was pretty expensive to have them swapped ($50).

The people in the service department are excellent. Andrew and Tammy really do a great job.

My previous truck was in an accident and the insurance company called it a total loss. It was my only vehicle so when they settled with me I only had a couple of days to find a new truck and return my rental. I was looking for a specific truck and found it at Country Chevrolet but they were 300 miles away. I called and spoke with one of the sales people, Kody Freeman. I was trying to figure out if I had time to drive over there to look at it and what I would do if I did want it. I needed to figure out how I would get the truck and my rental car back home if I bought it. Kody then told me they could deliver it. He also sent me a detailed video of the truck so I didn't even need to drive over and and look at it. Kody and the sales manager Spencer were able to help me purchase it over the phone. This all took place on a Friday. I needed to get to work and return my rental on Monday. They had an event at the dealership on Saturday but put it on a truck and delivered it to my driveway on Sunday by around noon. All so I could make it to work on Monday. Hands down the absolute best car buying experience I've ever had!

The only downside was part of the repairs (oil line) were not covered by my warranty which was pretty spendy. Other than that the rest was 5 star. They offered to give me rides anywhere I needed to go. While in the waiting area (which is nice) I was offered beverages and had comfortable lazy boy type seats to relax in. I would rate it 4 and a half stars they did try to find a way to get my repair under warranty.

All of the sales team were nice polite and asked if we needed a bottle of water or anything. Made sure we were taken care of. And a couple of the managers came over and introduced themselves. Which I thought was nice.

Everyone works hard to make sure things are done right.

When I ordered the car it took about 18 months to get it then when it arrived there were not all the options I had ordered on the car I paid for it anyway Then I bought it in for a oil change and I learned it had expired really no reason to buy locally

A check engine light came on. I stopped by the dealership and they ran a diagnostic. They identified the problem and had the parts available and fixed the problem that afternoon. I was scheduled to be on a vacation that weekend and I was able to go on vacation thanks to the maintenance crew at the dealership!

Everyone is very helpful and makes sure we are satisfied. Tammy goes above and beyond to take care of us. Out most recent salesman, Kody, always greets us and asks about us and how we are enjoying our new car.

They always make it easy to get a service done.

Every one is friendly & caring about what we want. No pressure to buy. They don’t mind how long it takes to try a car, & go through the purchase process.

The windshield reservoir cap was left open and un serviced. I wonder what else they missed. I am disappointed in the lack of attention to detail.The staff was very nice and I do like the people there.

I thought my Silverado had a slight problem with the drive modes. My truck did not have a problem, I did. The techs and service manager did a very thorough job diagnosing my complaint and I am satisfied with the outcome. I guess I am still getting used to the sensitivity of the throttle. I am enjoying my new Chevy. Thanks for your patience.

Oil change and tire rotation...

Your service dept took care of me and my truck, as you always do. The brakes were making noise after a recent brake job. Could've been different pad material. I don't know. But, you fixed them under warranty, at no charge. I appreciate your commitment to customer service.!

Got my equinox in and out in a timely manner, let me know I had a bolt stuck in my rear tire they don't have the means to fix that, but took it to les schwab got it fixed before I got a flat out on the road, very thankful for that

Fast service and information about upcoming service needed for my car.

People were nice and helpful and the work done was great. I only have two complaints...the first is that there was no coffee. The second is that the prices have increased so much, an oil change is almost financially out of sight

Excellent service at the Colville WA dealership on 10-21-25. I was greeted by multiple employees as I walked in was promptly taken care of checked in for my service appointment they said it would take about an hour and in 1 hour they were done everyone I encountered while there was very friendly pleasant smiling and took great care of us. The waiting area was very accommodating and comforting made us feel like we were at home.

While the technician made a mistake, mgmt was very quick to correct it to my satisfaction.

Lorraine helped me out with a spare key and Jeanie took all my money but I still love her.😂 I really have nothing bad to say about my experience because everyone is always so great when I need help there.
